Universal rail adapter:
In response to the difficulty of fitting different pipe diameters and profiles, Welding King Innovation adopts a tooth embedded clutch adjustment mechanism. Workers only need to turn the knob to quickly adjust the angle between the bottom plates on both sides (30 ° -180 °), making it easy for the small car to adapt to the surface of a 2-meter wide steel beam with a diameter of 150mm, reducing installation time by 60%.
Anti interference drive system:
Traditional small cars are prone to welding gun displacement due to vibration when walking on long welds. Welding King introduces a combination of worm gear reducer and disc spring shock absorber, coupled with a high-precision stepper motor, which can maintain a walking accuracy of ± 0.05mm even in 30 meter continuous welding, completely eliminating the “deviation” of the weld seam.
Welding gun universal adjustment bracket:
